Dendroid use a various couriers and Royal Mail postal services to deliver your goods. Where possible, orders are processed and shipped the same day if the order is received before 1pm. However, please allow additional days for unusual or out of stock items.
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING
- Free for orders over £75
£6.50 ex VAT for orders under £75
If you are purchasing small individual or light items, we may be able to deliver at a lower cost if you place your order via telephone. Please contact us before placing your order for further information. Where possible, goods will be dispatched on a 2-3 day service, however please allow up to 10 days for standard delivery.
SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS
- Due to additional costs levied by our couriers it is not possible to offer free carriage on website orders delivered to the Scottish Highlands (including IV, PA *** Post Codes), British Islands and Northern Ireland. Delivery charges for these orders are as follows:

£8 for orders over £80
NORTHERN IRELAND
- Due to additional costs levied by our couriers it is not possible to offer free carriage on website orders delivered to Northern Ireland. Delivery charges for these orders are as follows:

- Free for orders over £100 in the EU

Please Note:
Dendroid cannot be held responsible for any taxes or any other charges your country may impose for importation of your order. Please contact your country's custom office to check if you are liable to incur importation charges.
We always aim that, where possible, goods are dispatched on a 48hr service, however please allow up to 7 days for standard delivery, should an item be out of stock or unavailable. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise of any delays and make any alternative arrangements required as neccessary.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the purchase date. We will either exchange the item, issue a full refund or a credit note on the site. Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

Please put in a note with your order number, name and what you would like to happen to your order ie exchange/refund etc... If you do not do this we have no way of knowing that the returned item is from you!
For any clothing warranty you must send the item clean and dry as we will not be able to process a anything that is not!
Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging.
THIS BIT IS IMPORTANT!!
Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as "Damaged" and you are within your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender.
If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for as ‘unchecked’.
It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing.
If the goods are damaged and not signed for as such, Dendroid cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.
